One might think that the thought of Helmut Weyh was the guiding theme when the roof terrace was created, where art and nature are harmonically unified on different levels. If you let your gaze wander you can see the Unesco World Heritage Site that is the roof scape of the old town of Graz. You can enjoy a lavish breakfast or drink a glass of wine while feeling the soft touches of the first or last rays of the sun or refresh yourself with a leap into our pool after a sunbath – pure pleasure.

The breakfast in the Schlossberghotel – Das Kunsthotel inspires not only because of its variety of regional and international specialities, but also because of the variety of breakfast-places. In our lovely winter garden, in our cozy breakfast area, comfortably in your own room or at our spectacular roof terrace – welcome in the new day.
We are happy to welcome external guests to our breakfast, but we ask for reservations in advance.

In the Schlossberghotel – Das Kunsthotel this is even possible around the clock, as the whole leisure area with sauna, infrared-cabin and gym is open 24 hours for our guests. During the warm months the outdoor-pool on our roof terrace further allures and therefore nothing – but oneself – is in the way.
Where coffee is served there is charm, friendship and cheerfulness.

In the heart of the old town of Graz, situated at the foot of the Schlossberg, the Schlossberghotel – Das Kunsthotel is the ideal starting point for your stay in Graz. You can reach the most important sights, shopping possibilities, cafes and restaurants in only a few walking minutes. Leave your car directly in front of our hotel, we park it for you in our underground parking garage opposite of the hotel.
Get off at the Grazer Hauptbahnhof and take the tram 1 (Direction Mariatrost), 3 (Direction Krenngasse), 6 (Direction St. Peter) or 7 (Direction St. Leonhard/LKH). Change to the tram 3 or 5 towards Andritz at “Hauptplatz”. Leave the tram at the stop “Schlossbergbahn”. The hotel is right opposite of the tram stop.
The stop of the airport bus (bus 630/631) of the Grazer Verkehrsbetriebe is right in front of the airport. Get off at the stop “Jakominiplatz” and take the tram 3 or 5 towards Andritz at “Hauptplatz”. Leave the tram at the stop “Schlossbergbahn”. The hotel is right opposite of the tram stop.

Take the highway A2 or A9 and keep driving towards the center. Follow the road signs to the Schlossberghotel – Das Kunsthotel.
